Refund Policy
I require that payment be made prior to the scheduled session as refunds are not available due to the nature of my business. If however, your animal or loved one chooses not to communicate with me, I will offer a refund for your session.
Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before the session. No refund will be offered if you need to reschedule after this time. Contact me to reschedule before 24 hours before your session.
